In your morning ritual, there should are a few things that you should always include. Self care, glass of eater coffee/tea, reviewing your day, and taking a moment. All of these things in a morning routine will have you well-prepared to face the day ahead.
In the morning when I wake up the first thing I do is go to the bathroom, wash my face, and grab a glass of water. I sit down on the couch and gaze outside to see what the tree outside my window is looking like today. Mistletoe (my cat), will join me as well giving me a little snuggle. I see the sunrays dance throughout the leaves, with the squirrels flying from branch to branch and the birds singing in the distance... ahhhhh, so much beauty something so simple. After about five minutes of enjoying life and the simple beauties it gives us I pop out my planner and computer to take a look at my days events. By that time it's about 6:30 am, so much time left in the day.
