It is in the past. The bad, the good and all the crazy! A year filled with things I will not mention BECAUSE ITS A NEW YEAR!!!
Honest to pizza, running a small business while having a full time job, along with trying to maintain a health social life with family/friends is hellllllaaa difficult! I honestly had a very hard time looking back, but this blog is not about looking back it is about looking forward! So here what I am looking forward to....

“The purpose of our lives is to be happy.” -DALAI LAMA
100% living by this, I want to be happy and I want to have a beautiful life filled with so many heart warming memories. Having a business can really drain you and you can really get caught into a lot of burnout if you're not careful. That is what kept happening to me, not to mention I didn't really have much of a social life anymore other then my boyfriend and had gain weight during this.
While I do have a full time job and my business, Hunter also had a full time job and is in school full time. We are SO hustlers and you know it (lol) but for real, Hunter and I spoke and we decided we both needed to rest and refresh. So, we then moved to South Portland, I got a different job that makes me happier. Not to mention, we both (Hunter and I) have spent time with friends and visited family more frequently. I lost 30+ pounds and felt really good as well. We are so happy now, and honestly so much more positive in our life now!

This is something I have been wanting to do for a while and quite honestly, I didn't have the financial support and time to create my own art. With that said, you don't need to put a lot of money into something for it to be creative but there are ideas I have that I want to photograph. One coming up is my Valentines Minis with the Boudoir of your choice in colors; blush, lack, and a fiery red. I got a crown to go along with it but it is beautiful and I cannot wait to try it!
I am also excited to get out of my comfort zone and try different styles, for example more editorial styles and documentary styles. I SO want to get into lifestyle sessions more often! I have a session coming up soon with a couple in home session, so excited!

“What if... this actually works?”
Quite frankly, I am super nervous for this one. Not only will it be difficult and time consuming but the question I keep asking myself is... "can I do it?" The answer is easy, the answer is: yes. Plain and simple, I can do it, but again, this is a new year and we are aiming for minimal burnouts. SO my 2021 goal is to make a couple videos throughout the year to at least get my feet wet and step into a new world!

Here is another hard one, but seriously, I could do SO MUCH with having this knowledge and applying it to my business! However, again going back to the YouTube goal as well. Mental health is important to me and is #1 at the list, so we are going to start small this year getting familiar with it and experiencing with it. Maybe do a couple head swaps or light flairs? Who knows, but nonetheless, super excited!
